The information provided by the venue renter will generate a venue rental agreement (‘Contract’) for the event described by the online form (‘Event Date’) by and between the signatory as shown under “Client” on the signature page of the venue rental agreement ‘Contract’ the (‘Client’) Conference Center (‘’), (‘Venue’).

The ‘Venue’for the date referenced on the online request form ‘Event Date’. Times for the event will be determined by a secured event date with paid deposit. SB will provide tables and chairs for a maximum of 1000 people. The exact number of guests must be provided to ‘’ by the ‘Client’ thirty (30) days prior to the ‘Event Date’.

Any organization and/or individual using the Venue agrees to observe the following Terms and Conditions of Banquet & Conference Center.
 
Our Venue rental rate is clearly stated in our website.Should the Client wish to extend the event beyond the ‘Timeline’, additional time will be at the rate of $500.00 per hour rounded up to the nearest hour within one hour (at $500.00) as the minimum time amount charged. This must be added 30 days prior to the event.
 
There is no self-service alcohol allowed and guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol into the Venue unless approved by Management. The Client’s guests are not permitted to remove any alcoholic beverages from the Venue. Management requires that the last call at the bar occurs thirty (30) minutes prior to guests scheduled departure. Client hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless  and its employees, agents and licenses from any loss, liability, costs or damages arising from the existence and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages at the Event. 
 

Ruchi Palace have exclusive in-house caterers for your food, alcohol, and non-alcoholic beverage service. Due to quality control issues and applicable ordinances/regulations, Ruchi Palace shall neither be liable, nor responsible for any food and/or beverage brought into or taken out of the Event by the Client or any of the Client’s guests or invitees. Due to concerns with food safety, storage and handling, neither Client nor its guests, invitees, or attendees may not  take food items after the Event. Client here by agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ruchi Palace and its respective employees, agents and licenses from any loss, liability, costs or damages arising from the existence and/or consumption of any food items not supplied by Ruchi Palace caterers.If any food items are brought in that are not from Ruchi Palace caterers, prior written consent must be given.

If Client cancels their Agreement any time within 30 days of the Event Date full payment of the Event Total as outlined in the Agreement is due. No additional fees are assessed. (50% of event total payment is non-refundable). Client and Ruchi Palace acknowledge and agree that the Event will generate revenue for Ruchi Palace from a variety of sources. Therefore, in the event Client does not fulfill all of its commitments or cancels in its entirety this Agreement, the parties agree that they will suffer damages that will be difficult to determine. The parties agree that the payments contemplated constitute liquidated damages, are reasonable estimate of Ruchi palace losses in the event of a cancellation, and do not constitute a penalty of any kind.

The pricing for the Event has been negotiated based on the date, specific event, number of people, and function requirements, as specified in this Agreement. If these details are changed, Ruchi Palace reserves the right to renegotiate this Agreement (including cancelling). The Client may not transfer this Agreement to a different date, event, or third party.

The performance of this Agreement by Ruchi Palace is subject to acts of God, governmental laws, regulations or restrictions, strikes, riots, natural disasters, shortages of labor or materials, war or other emergencies, any of which make it illegal or impossible to perform hereunder. This Agreement may be terminated without liability for any one or more of such reasons by written notice delivered to Client, and in such a case.

All guests and invitees of Client are expected to conduct themselves in a civilized manner. Any guests or invitees of Client acting disorderly, in the sole opinion of Ruchi Palace and its agents, will be removed from the Venue without liability to Ruchi Palace

Ruchi Palace is not responsible for any lost, left, or stolen property. Client is responsible for collecting all property that it wishes to keep before leaving the Venue; any property left behind may be disposed of by Ruchi Palace.

Client and Ruchi Palace agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including any rules, regulations, or requests of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
